董春华，女，法学博士，副研究员。曾在《比较法研究》、《法学论坛》、《法学杂志》、等刊物上发表论文多篇。主持并完成国家社科基金青年项目“缺陷医疗器械侵权责任实证研究”。有专著《中美产品缺陷法律制度比较研究》、译著《美国法的时代》、《产品责任法》。 

Dong Chunhua, PhD in Law, is an Associate Research Fellow in ECUPL. She has published several papers in law journals such as Journal of Comparative Law, Legal Forum, Legal Science Magazine. She has held and completed a National Social Science Fund Program “Empirical Study of Tort Liability of Defective medical device”, published a monograph Comparative Study of Product Defect Law between China and US, and translated two books named Ages of American Law (by Gilmore Grant) and Product Liability (by David G. Owen).

DONG Chunhua, Doktor der Rechte und außerplanmäßiger Professor, hat mehrere Aufsätze in „Forschung der Rechtsvergleichung“, „Forum der Rechtswissenschaft“, „Juristische Zeitschrift“ o. ä. Zeitschriften veröffentlicht.Als erfolgreiche Leiterin eines NSSFC-Jugendprojekts zur „Positiven Forschung der Deliktshaftung infolge mangelhafter Medizingeräte“ hat sie noch „Vergleich chinesischer und amerikanischer Warenmangelhaftungen“ verfasst, sowie G. Grants „Ära des amerikanischen Rechts“ und D. G. Owens „Warenmangelhaftungsrecht“ übersetzt.
